The PR Consulting website does not accept comments on blog articles or pages.
The PR Consulting website does not allow for the uploading of images by the general public, but if you do share images with us through some other means, you should avoid sharing images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included, as this location data can be extracted by people with access to the images.
Our Contact page at https://pattirowlson.com/contact/ contains a form that allows you to submit a message or question, along with your name and email address. We collect this information to aid us in responding to your question.
Information submitted via the contact form is not stored on the website, but it is sent to our website administrator via email. This is so that we can begin a conversation with you and respond quickly to your question or comment. We keep this correspondence stored in email so that we can continue our conversation at a later date without losing the context of what we’ve already discussed. PR Consulting uses G Suite to handle our email; you can find more information on their privacy and security standards at https://gsuite.google.com/security/.

You have the option of submitting your email address to join our mailing list. We use MailChimp for our mailing services. Any email address you submit via our form is sent to MailChimp and stored there for the purpose of our sending you our newsletter. Event Sign-up Forms
Occasionally, PR Consulting will hold events for which we suggest reservations (both so that we can know how many will attend and so that we can alert attendees about event information, such as detail changes). This information may be collected via email or through online sign-up forms. We collect only the information we need to process the reservation, and we don’t use the information for any other purpose, with the exception that, if we have collected your permission to do so, we also will add your contact information to our mailing list.
With whom we share your data
PR Consulting does not share your information with anyone except as necessary to conduct a particular transaction. For example, information you submit through the contact form is sent to us via G Suite, which provides our email service. Any information that you submit is used only for the purpose for which it was submitted.
How long we retain your data
As noted above, information submitted to us via the contact form on our website or via email is retained indefinitely on our email server so that we may continue conversations without losing the context of what has been previously written.
What rights you have over your data
If you have submitted information to us via the contact form or via email, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Other than to G Suite or to MailChimp, as noted above, PR Consulting does not send your data to any third party.
